This Privacy Policy explains how Kickball World ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit kickballworld.com (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to the terms of this policy.
Information We Collect
Information you provide directly: If you sign up for early access via our email form, we collect the email address you submit.
Automatically collected information: Like most websites, our server may log standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, for security and basic analytics purposes.
Local storage: We use your browser's local storage to remember a single preference — whether you've turned the background music on or off. This stays on your device and is never sent to us.
